Autumn Virtual Retreat 2020
A long-weekend online retreat with Alistair, Jenny and Daniel opening our scrunchy hearts. We'll be exploring the open-hearted somatic space with gentle yoga, self-shiatsu and the tonglen teachings.
Covid has stopped us exploring compassion this Autumn in the Scarborough, London and Holy Island courses and retreat. But following the huge success of this summer's virtual retreat, Alistair, Jenny and Daniel are holding a long-weekend of online compassion practice and open-heartedness.
Gentle stretching, breathing, self-shiatsu and the Tibetan practice of tonglen will all create a space for us to explore our scrunchy hearts and open them up as we deal with this post-Lockdown world.
Alistair will be drawing on the wisdom of the pithy lojong slogans of the Tibetan heart tradition.
Two days of stillness, embodied compassion practice, gentle yoga and shiatsu. All contained in the Mindsprings community Zoom Room

We start on Friday evening on the 9th October
Many Holy Island old-timers would expect to see Kirsty on the virtual island but she has (wisely perhaps) decided that she'd rather be out in the fresh air than teaching online! She will, of course, be guiding us when the Island re-opens.
So for the online course, Daniel has kindly agreed to stand in for Kirsty teaching yoga, while Jenny and Alistair provide the shiatsu and meditation respectively.
